Delivery Information
Our chocolate deliveries are made by 1st class Royal Mail in the UK only.
We process orders as quickly as possible however most of the products are all made to order and to the highest standards so please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
We would advise if sending a gift that the recipient is informed in advance to avoid any returned chocolate deliveries to us.
Please note there is no postal service on UK Bank holidays and they are not considered working days. If for any reason your chocolate delivery will be knowingly late we will notify you immediately to arrange a later delivery date with the option to cancel the order.
During adverse weather conditions (both hot and cold weather) we reserve the right to delay despatch of orders to avoid any possible damage to our chocolates. We will keep you informed about any delays in these circumstances.
Royal Mail delivery will usually occur between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. If it is not possible to accept the delivery at the address given, your delivery will be taken to your local sorting office to await your collection. A card will be left at the address advising you of this. Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 2 weeks. After this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to Cocoapod.
For this reason we advise that if sending as a gift the recipient is told of this to avoid any returned chocolate deliveries. Should an item be returned because of a failed collection we cannot be held responsible. No refund is possible due to the unknown holding conditions & temperatures that may possibly affect the quality of the chocolate.
There will be a redelivery charge if the order is to be resent
Many customers find it useful to have their chocolate order delivered to their work address. We will deliver to the address as you enter it on the order form and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.
In the event that you select a business address, Cocoapod shall be deemed to have successfully delivered to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address.

£2.95 for orders between 0.01p and £49.99
£3.95 for orders between £50.00 and £74.99
£4.95 for orders between £75.00 and £99.99
£5.95 for orders between £100 and £149.99
£6.95 for all orders over £150
International customers
We're sorry but at present we can only deliver to addresses within the UK.
Returns
Please note that any personalised orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
All our chocolate orders are despatched in perfect condition but if any items are broken in transit please inform us before returning them to us.
Once we have discussed your order we will send a replacement or refund the cost of the original goods including the postal costs.
If your order is returned as unwanted we will refund the costs of the goods and postage but not return postage which will be at the customers cost.
Personalised products cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
